CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please give us a 48-hour notice of your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel your reservation.

If you are unable to cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

If you “no show” for you appointment or do not cancel prior to 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
PERMANENT MAKEUP:

Permanent makeup deposits are non-refundable, but can be used towards another service​

Follow-up permanent makeup appointments need to be booked 6-10 weeks after initial service

If follow up appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours, it is forfeited​
