NEW CLIENTS:

Please arrive 5 mins before your appointment to complete necessary paperwork. We're looking forward to meeting you!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please give us a 48-hour notice of your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel your reservation.

  • If you are unable to cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

  • If you “no show” for you appointment or do not cancel prior to 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.

PERMANENT MAKEUP:

  • Permanent makeup deposits are non-refundable, but can be used towards another service​

  • Follow-up permanent makeup appointments need to be booked 6-10 weeks after initial service

    • If follow up appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours, it is forfeited​

  • We request you email us with the following:

    • A close and clear photo of your current work

    • The amount of time its been since your last appointment

    • Any complications or concerns you may have had during or post your previous procedure
